Im back from Outward Bound Sabah !
Feel so happy to be back in Singapore .
Missed my friends and family alot man .
Hahah , 12 days there was like 12 years , super long .
But well , the course was quite fun .
Left on 12 december 09 at terminal 1 .
Thanks Sherrin , ZheLiang and Shafiqah for sending me !
Lets sum up about the activities there .
If not it will take me hours to post the full details .
First day reached OB Sabah at 9plus .
Ate dinner , washed up , etc .
There was actually bunks for us to sleep in , and the bed was not bad ah .
At least better than those in Ncc HQ . :D
Ohya , my group was Kinabalu , got separated from MaoFeng .
But luckyily have two DeiYi friends from Ncc to pei me .
Second day was ice breaking .
Then we also learn some camp crafts and first aid .
At night prepared for next day's expedition .
Third day to fourth day was sailing expedition .
Sailed in a wailer for 14 people to Dinawan Island .
The island was visible from OB Sabah , but it was very far away .
Pitched tents , cooked and ate dinner there .
Ate night slept in open with Mr Soo , CheckChong , Colin and ZhengTing in open space .
It was my first time gazing stars .
There was so many stars man , saw shooting stars every 5mins .
Next day sailed back to OB Sabah and kept equipments .
Fifth to sixth day was Kayaking expedition .
Kayaked through river and mangroves to some island . (forget the name luh :D)
Next day Kayak against the waves in the sea to go back OB Sabah .
Then kept equipments etc .
Seventh to tenth day was Crocker Range expedition .
It was also the toughest expedition .
And also very very dangerous , one wrong step you take and you'll fall to your death ! (:
Started trekking at some Kampung .
Then went deep into jungle for 5hours of trekking to our first camp site .
The place was like shit man , the worst night for i ever had in my life .
Freaking cold and leeches everywhere , omg !
Next day trekked for 4 hours to our next checkpoint which was a village .
Its super cool to find a village in the middle of nowhere .
But appreciated my stay there , cos i already had my worst night .
Day 3 of expedition , trekked to another village .
This village was sort of bigger .
And we learnt some traditional dance there .
Last day i was dam happy .
Finally can get out of that freaking jungle .
Trekked uphill all the way , was very tiring .
But then my group still manage to conquer it .
Then the rest of the days nothing much luh .
Cos all slacking one .
Can't believe the course was actually over .
Felt so happy man .
23rd December is the happiest day of my life , cos i returned to Singapore !
Really gonna appreciate Singapore more luh .
And thanks Sherrin , Yap and Fred for picking me up .
And also my sister for making a big poster for me .
Today morning supposed go play ball with Sherrin .
But now raining , super sian ah ! (:
