Hello people! I'm back from the Basic Survivor Course!
I'm a survivor!
Gosh, i actually survived the course, somehow.
Course was fun, especially with my awesome teammates.
But some parts was quite hiong, although can manage.

And i love Survivor Team 2 man - SSG David, 2SG Manoje, 3SG Samuel & LCP Joel.

Day 1
Reported at Changi Jetty at 7.30am.
Admin blah blah blah till 8.30am.
Start of 1st mission at 8.30am, had to search for food all over Changi Village.
Then took BumBoat to Pulau Ubin.
Search the whole Pulau Ubin and recovered some items to be used for setting up tents.
Build our own so called tent, using 2 ground sheet and 2 long ropes.
Can say that our tents were one of the most well built one, haha.

Then cooked those food that we found just now, yummy(:
After lunch, learn how to build survival bed, pretty cool bed.
After that, learnt about which plants are edible, we could taste them too.
Then learn about how to set up the various animal trap.
And then went to set up our own trap.
My trap caught wild pig, and i barbecued it! So ate BaKua, haha.

Then cooked dinner, again, cooked those things we got in the morning.
Finished eating dinner, supposed to go wash up.
But the water at the toilet was BROWN!
So most of us didn't wash up, cos it would probably make us more dirty.
At night, did some night navigation stuffs.
Now i know how to find the north star and hence where is north.
Also learnt how to communicate through Morse Code (torch light).
Then lights out, and went back to tents and talk crap with my team.
And i didn't really slept, freaking mosquitos, kept biting me.
Whole body itched like dunno what, so couldn't sleep.

Day 2
Woke up at 6.30am.
Ate biscuits (breakfast).
After that went to venture Pulau Ubin to know more about edible plants.
At 11.30am, went back to camp site to learn how to start a fire with only 1 match stick.
Now i can burn my house down le, hehe.

Then cooked the food we got on day 1 morning, ans started fire using the method leant.
And during lunch, poor Joel kena bird shit on his face, so lucky(:
It also became the joke of the day.
2 hours of lunch, then lessons on how to cut wood properly
Next, the bloodiest activity.
Needed to take live animals and kill it by cutting away their head, gosh.
I actually killed an eel, a fish, a frog by cutting their head.
And i killed an innocent quail, by breaking its neck, gosh.

Dinner time, again cooked those thing we got from day 1 morning.
After dinner was camp fire.
Shared what we learnt during the course with the rest.
Followed by that was Barbecue Session.
My team and I went to Brabecue those animals we killedin the afternoon, quite yummy(:

Then went to sleep, alone, in the jungle, my team would get what i meant.
Was real creepy man, everything dark dark, then dunno who and what's beside you.
Luckily we survived this night.

Day 3
Woke up at 6.30am again.
As usual, cooked food we found on day 1 morning.
Then had area cleaning and final debrief.
Took BumBoat back to mainland Singapore.
Reached Singapore around 10am and home sweet home.

Well, really enjoyed the camp quite a lot, especially those shit we went through, haha.
And looking forward to recieving the badge next week at HQ.
This batch will be the first one to wear it, so its quite significant uh.

Well, off to enjoy my comfortable bed now.
