back from specialist course.
with amazing things i want to share with you guys.

guess what? i got best overall cadet in the whole course. (1 out of whole course of 300ppl)
was really shocked man.
finally done YTSS NCC proud for the first time.
and i finally fufilled my promised to SIR LIM in secondary 2.
guess my efforts really paid off this time.

and also congrats to MARCUS and MARTYN IRFAN for getting best in company.
MARCUS - best in bravo company
MARTYN - best in alpha company.
we really had done yishun town unit proud this time.
getting the top 3 most prestigious awards.

and to marcus. i kept my promise, i got one rank upper than you(:
hope i didn't disappoint you this time.

and to edwin, don't be disappointed with what you got.
rank dosen't matter that much. is the respect you earn that matters.
and in my eyes, you are someone i respect alot.
you are supposed to get an award too.
but sadly there was some biasness in your platoon.
i bet if you got PC that was fair.
an award for you in guranteed.

and i know that you are unhappy about the biasness that got someone his rank.
but let bygones be bygones.
there's nothing we can do too, maybe he did pleased the sirs in some way.
in other words, its called boot licking.

and i believe it was not only him who got 2nd sergeant because of biasness.
some of our ytss platoonmates also was the same, just that you did not see.
and at this crucial time when we are going to take over.
its better to make friends than enemies.
and if we make this matter big, the bond in our platoon will break.

anything, just think before we act.
anything, don't be rush.
we do not need shoutings to solve problems.
a quarrel or fight is never a good way to solve problems.
furthermore, what would our juniors think about us if this matter blow up till the whole company knows it?

so edwin, don't be to discouraged.
don't be held back by setbacks, just move on.
there will be a better chance in future.
and i emphasize again, you deserve my respect.
hope you continue with your good job.
